We want to give back to our consumers and the organisations that represent and sustain them.

We work for The Alzheimer’s Society and SSAFA, and we provide discounts to ex-military personnel and those aged over 60, supporting others who are most in need.

We are fully committed to delivering a service that is both affordable and useful to our clients. As a consequence, we aim to have the best prices available, as well as a price match guarantee.

Alzheimer’s Society

Dementia devastates lives. Alzheimer’s Society research shows that 900,000 people in the UK have a form of dementia. By 2025, 1 million people will be living with the condition in the UK, and many millions more carers, partners, families and friends will be affected.

Our Directors have been personally affected by dementia and we also know many of our customers are also affected by the disease. We recognise the importance in raising awareness of this disease and since 2019 we have supported the charity by offering ‘dementia friend’ awareness sessions for our colleague and since 2019 we have raised £1,900 in donations. Alzheimer’s Society offers friendly support through a range of virtual and in-person services, including a Dementia Connect support line (0333 150 3456), their online forum Talking Point, and Dementia Advisers.

Military Veterans Discount

The military has always been an important part of our lives, and we are honoured to assist those who have served our country. Since we have seen the enormous advantages that our high-quality bespoke mobility bathrooms provide, we give a discount to military veterans.

SSAFA

In 2001 the Armed Forces Charity SSAFA approached us to rescue a sub-standard wetroom, installed by a local fitter. Since then, we have been working with them to provide mobility enhanced bathrooms, walk-in baths and wet rooms to military veterans across the UK. As a family-run company with a military history and some current serving members, the SSAFA charity is close to our hearts and its patrons will always be supported with admiration.

Over 60’s Discount

Many of our products and installations are discounted for customers above the age of 60. Since we have elderly families of our own, we appreciate the value of looking after your loved one’s well being and restoring freedom.

When we work on your home, we regard you as if you were one of our own, and we keep you updated on the job’s success. We make every attempt to make bathing better and more available to all.
